We know that our customers rely on todo.vu to store valuable business information and to help you share that data with your team and customers. The protection of your information is very important to us and we are always considering how we can advance our systems to help with security concerns. This new feature will help you keep an eye on your workspace activity.
The new Workspace Activity Audit can be found by clicking on the workspace name (top left) and choosing “Activity audit”. Note that this feature is only available to the site Admin and Owners.
Once you get to the report, you can filter the report by various facets to find specific records. You can filter by any of the following:
- Date range
The result will be a list of records that match the query.
You can click on any one of the records to see more details.
Or you can select multiple records by clicking on the icons at the left of the rows and then export the records to a CSV file.
One great feature of this reporting is that you can even view data that has been previously deleted or changed. This can be used to recover data that was accidentally removed.
For those who have been using todo.vu now for several years, you will also benefit from the fact that we have been keeping audit records since todo.vu was first created. So even though this reporting tool is new, the records date back to when you first created your workspace.
