Our new repeating charges feature enables you to automate adding fixed charges to tasks, projects, or clients on a recurring schedule.
Plus, also included in this update: better in-app notifications, user role updates and improved billing visibility.
Introducing repeating charges
Do you bill clients the same fixed fees or charges on a regular basis?
You can now use todo.vu’s repeating charges feature to simplify the process!
Simply create a repeating charge rule once on a client or project’s profile, and a fixed charge will be created automatically for that client or project at specified intervals for as long as you need.
You can customise the charge amount and description, repetition frequency (daily, weekly, monthly or yearly), end date, and more.
Other updates:
In-app notifications for emailed tasks
Users are now notified inside the app whenever they ’email in’ a task to their workspace (i.e., create a task via email integration), improving visibility and workflows.
Access to re-assigned tasks
If a user transfers a task to a client or project outside their access permissions, they will automatically become a follower of that task, ensuring their continued access to it. Learn more about user roles.
Unbilled totals display fix
The unbilled totals on the default ‘Unbilled time and charges’ section for a client now accurately displays the combined totals for unbilled time and charges, ensuring correct reporting and billing data.
