Email integration can accept an email and convert it to a task or a comment on a task. This is extremely useful in several cases:

  • You can easily forward import emails such as bills or client requests directly into
  • You can reply to comments on tasks via email without having to log in
  • Your clients can interact with (create tasks, receive and reply to comments and be notified of updates) without ever having to log in.

Adding tasks to your Workspace via email

While in the Workspace page, you will see a special email address like this This email address is designed to allow you to email tasks to your Workspace. Simply email the details of the task to this address.
